Summary: Clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and professional. Nothing stood out as neglected as I’d often the case with many hotels. The Breakfast was reasonable and Offered the usual choices we’ve all grown accustomed to. Parking was adequate. Well done overall. I would stay here again.

Summary: The difference between being all that and trying to be all that are very different. At check in the person on the desk was very busy doing something on the computer. I stood there for a few minutes be for he acknowledge my presence never giving me eye contact. Asked for my Id but acted like he was blind and i had to put it in his hand, Was offered a water but another customer came in and the water was not given to me. CAN YOU TURN THE FLOOR INDICATOR TONE DOWN ON THE ELEVATOR? Very loud. Why after telling front desk i was a club member do you always set my room next to the elevator? Just loud. I stayed over 45 days in hotels last year so i know what i like. The bedding was just off. Pillows not comfortable.
